Cellini manufactures aluminium moulds for injection moulding and thermoforming applications, produced either by aluminium casting or by 5-axis CNC machining from solid aluminium blocks, depending on the technical and production requirements of the project.
Our production capabilities include advanced 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries and high-precision mould components, with working areas up to Ø 900 × 725 mm and up to 989 × 798 mm in 5-axis configuration. For larger components, machining capacity can be extended up to 1800 × 798 mm in 3-axis configuration. High-speed spindles up to 30,000 rpm ensure excellent surface finishing quality.
